Shipping Information
I ship my paintings worldwide via international courier. My paintings are securely packaged and insured in the event that any damages occur during delivery. Once you have updated your address in the checkout process, your delivery costs will be calculated based on your delivery location.
The packing and delivery costs are as follows:
LONDON -
FREE - LOCAL PICK UP, LONDON, UK - Arrangements can be made for local pick up from N4 or EC4.
£40 - COURIER LOCAL LONDON DELIVERY to the following postcodes EC, N4, N1, N4 N5, N6 N8 N15, N16, N19, SE1, W1, WC. Outside these postcodes please ask for a bespoke quote but maybe cheaper to post as below.
UK -
Works on paper under 35x25cm - £10 for one, £5 extra for each additional work on paper. Framed works will have added delivery cost.
Works on paper over 36x26cm - £30 for one, £15 extra for each additional work on paper. Framed works will have added delivery cost.
Paintings on panel under £500 - £40 for one, £25 for two.
Paintings on panel over £500, £70 for one, £40 for two.
EU -
Works on paper under 35x25cm £15 for one, £8 extra for each additional work on paper.
Works on paper over 36x26cm £40 for one, £20 for each additional work
Paintings on panel under £500 - £40 for one, £25 for each additional work.
Paintings on panel over £500, £70 for one, £40 for each additional work.
Rest of the World —
Works on paper under 35x25cm £15 for one, £8 extra for each additional work on paper.
Works on paper over 36x26cm £50 for one, £25 for each additional work
Paintings on panel under £500 - £40 for one, £25 for each additional work.
Paintings on panel over £500, £100 for one, £50 for each additional work.
Delivery time: 2 weeks
If you have opted to have your painting framed, please allow up to 4 weeks for framing in addition to the shipping time. You will receive a tracking number once your painting is received by our courier, which will keep you informed of when your artwork will be delivered. Please contact me if you would like to order for a specific future date.
Framing
During the checkout, you can opt to have your chosen art work framed. I have chosen 1 or 2 options that I believe suit the style of the painting. However, if you would like a customised frame, I can provide a quote for a different type of frame so contact me directly about this to discuss. Please allow up to 4 weeks for framing. Your order will arrive with a hanging string across the back, ready to be hung. Please note, all of my oil paintings and postcard paintings are hand-signed by me, the artist, on the back of the work so is usually not visible when framed unless you decide for a double sided glass frame which may suit the postcard size works. Most prints, except the Space Odyssey Reject, however, are signed on the front.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery receipt if you change your mind about your purchase. Full refunds will only be granted if the artwork is returned in its original condition. Cost of return postage is at the cost of the buyer. Please contact me on hello@katiegoodwin.com if you wish to process a return.
